As part of our residential security packages, we put in place a number of security procedures for our Residential Security Team to enforce that can include (but are not limited to):

• 24-hour monitoring of the residence when you are away
• Alarm response and resolution, ensuring the area is clear and secure. We will identify the cause for the alarm triggering and implement any extra precautions or fixes necessary
• Checks of outbuildings and vehicles
• Assessment of security at the property and identification of potential weaknesses
• Security checks on all staff and visiting service or trade personnel to the property
• Checks of any parcels or deliveries made to the property
